Tom Millitzer founded Millitzer Capital (Previously named New Commerce Communications) in 1994. The firm is dedicated to serving the owners of medium to small telecom and Internet companies in selling their business. The company first sold cable television companies. Millitzer Capital expanded into the ISP, WISP, Web Hosting, Data Center, and Fiber markets.

Tom Millitzer

Mr. Millitzer was Director of Rates and Franchises for Group W Cable. At age 36, he raised $76 million and founded Charter Cable Systems (Not to be confused with Charter Cable), where he completed 42 acquisitions.
